Christmas & New Year Deliveries

Please be aware that our last day of posting (via Royal Mail) will be Tuesday 22nd December.
Our next despatch date will then be Tuesday 29th December.

All international deliveries may take longer than usual due to the holiday season and Brexit.

United Kingdom

The prices above include VAT. For weights in excess of those shown above, we will calculate your delivery fee and display it in your shopping basket and at the checkout.

International

Due to Royal Mail service disruption we are currently unable to ship internationally. We will update this page when international deliveries resume.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service.

For all deliveries outside of the UK, please allow 7-10 days from the dispatch date of your item(s).

Europe

Countries within the ‘Europe’ zone are: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State

Zone 1

Zone 1 countries are those not classified as being within Europe or within World Zone 2. World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

Please allow 14 days for delivery from the date of dispatch in Zone 1 countries.

Zone 2

Countries in Zone 2 are: Australia, Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean), Cocos Islands, Cook Island, Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, New Zealand, New Zealand Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People’s Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa

Please allow 14 days for delivery to Zone 2 countries from the date of dispatch.

For all Zones, please do check that your country will not charge duties, taxes or impose restrictions on your delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for such fees and duties, or for any confiscation of items by foreign customs.

Order Processing

Where possible, we aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 24 hours when placed on a weekday. We will contact you by email should there be any delay.
