Adult Dosage : Adults – Take one capsule, two times a day, with food; or as directed by health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients.

Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney disease, gall stones, a blood disorder or leucopenia, hypoglycemia, hypotension, or if you are taking prescription medication as this may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Some people may experience skin irritation, facial flushing and slowed heart rate.
