Providing vitamin B12 in a sublingual format, hydroxycobalamin. Cyanocobalamin, is one of the most popular supplemental forms of B12, but it needs to be converted to adenosylcobalamin, to be fully utilised by the body. Taking the hydroxycobalamin form skips this step allowing the body to absorb the nutrient more quickly. Sweetened with Xylitol, this is a pleasant and convenient way to take this supplement.
