Suggested Use: (Adult): Take up to 3 capsules daily with a meal containing fat, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soya, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, animal byproducts or any other ingredient not listed on the label.
